Policies
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at the time of check-in.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days prior to check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows and cancellations made less than 3 days prior to check-in are strictly non-refundable.
House Rules
- Room prices may change from time to time.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM so everyone can rest well.
- Please help us keep the place clean and tidy during your stay.
- If anything in the room or property gets damaged, the guest will need to cover the repair or replacement cost.
- Outside visitors or unregistered guests are not allowed in the rooms without permission from the management.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. Secure storage is available if you need it.
Payment Terms
- A 50% advance payment of the total booking amount is required to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be cleared upon arrival during check-in.
- We accept UPI and bank transfers.
